We use 3. We use Sophos on the mail gateway (MailSweeper), NAV MSE at server level, NAV CE (excluding Exch) then NAV CE at desktop.
Despite MailSweeper blocking/quarantining 99.999% of everything we ask it to, I have seen the odd thing get through. We also get the odd 'prat' that 'bypasses' policy and brings something in from outside....
