You need to lock those settings down thru a policy. Although I am not sure all can be locked. You will have to find each one and see if or what settings can be done.

This may sound extremely corny to some, but we have been handed down a directive from our COO to remove the ability for users to add fancy backgrounds and images in Outlook.

He has also asked us to force the user to use a specific font and font
size.

He would like all messages to look the same, no matter what.

We are running Exchange2k Enterprise and the clients are all using
Outlook 2k.
