This may sound extremely corny to some, but we have been handed down a directive from our COO to remove the ability for users to add fancy backgrounds and images in Outlook.
He has also asked us to force the user to use a specific font and font size.
He would like all messages to look the same, no matter what.
We are running Exchange2k Enterprise and the clients are all using Outlook 2k.
