Exchange 2k sp3, W2k sp3 I recently setup a customer service account where when you send an email to the account you automatically get an email back that states that we have received your email blaa blaa blaa.... The problem is that only internal people get the auto-reply. I made sure to enable "allow automatic replies" was checked in the system manager. Is there another place to enable it? I have waited two days could it be a RUS thing?
