Hi, Outlook 2002 SP-2
I have a user who's icon's never change when they forward or reply to the email message. When a new one comes in, it's the envelope. When she opens it, it becomes the opened envelope. But if she replies, it never changes to show the purple arrow. If she forwards, it never changes to show the blue arrow for forward. The envelope always remains the same. I've tried creating a new profile with the same results. I've added my own profile with the same results. Has a nyone else seen this behaviour before?
