We actually had this same problem last week. The fix for 2 servers wouldn't be bad, but it involves installing post SP3 rollup for exchange to keep it from happening again.
Basically unregister xlsasink.dll on both servers. Shut down both servers. Bring routing master back up first then other routing group members. Install e2k post sp3 roll up (to prevent this in the future). Reboot after install. Re-register xlsasink.dll. Have a nice day.
