On 9/12, an "anonymous" reader from San Francisco wrote a review on Amazon.com: "The author is well known in the Microsoft Exchange community as a pompous bag of gas" Now, I could call out this individual, but instead all I ask is for a little fairness. Get the book, read it and then comment instead of the not reading the book and commenting blindly. I don't ask that you like me or agree with what I have to say, but I think that the least one could expect is for a modicum of professionalism or at least just some basic fairness. I do not think that is too much to ask.
