Recommended: OS: A RAID-1 physical volume. Transaction logs: One RAID-1 physical volume for each storage group. Databases: One or more RAID-5 physical volumes for each storage group.
If you don't have a lot of users, you might be able to combine the OS and logs onto a single physical volume, but I would recommend splitting it into two logical volumes. Any good links on how to set up an Exchange 2003 server, disk wise?
