Good info Dean, although the customer has been "sold" by Microsoft and a good hardware salesman that positioned the "criticality" of Exchange HA in the enterprise. When I informed the customer of some of the administration realities, and associated operational and disaster recovery challenges, I was directed to review the Microsoft whitepapers!
