You would have no record of what is going on with him. Since he is using a company mailbox there should be some record. An easier way would be to setup a mailbox for him and then a custom recipient with his email address. Then go to his mailbox properties in ExAdmin and go to Delivery Options, and set the custom recipient as the alternate recipient and check the box about delivering to both the recipient and the alternate recipient. BTW, this is for Exchange 5.5.
