Just a wild shot in the dark, but... Your admin account appears to have rights to both servers, but does it have rights to open the mailbox in question? Are you using your admin account or your service account?

I've just got my first exchange 2003 server brought on-line and joined to my exchange 5.5 org. I'm trying to move mailboxes and I get the following error: An internal processing error has occurred. Try restarting the Exchange System Manager or the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service, or both. Yes i've done that. I'm running exchange 2003 on Windows 2000 SP4 all patches. My ADC is in place and the tools conform that it is working correctly. When I try and move a mailbox, I can connect to the source server and destiation server, then it informs me that it is opening the mailbox, and it gives me this error when it gets to the preparing mailbox stage?! Any advice?? Thanks -Chad Gibson [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang =english To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang=english To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
