Hey guys I am trying to run Script Director from Micro Eye and it is getting
hung...their tech support did not provide any help and the debug logs didn't either.
They said I could manually go through the software and find out where it hangs. They
also said that orphans in large PF hierarchies sometimes make their software puke. I
have taken their advice and manually expanded some of the tree and have found a few
folders that crashes the software. I am unable to see them in Outlook or Exadmin so I
am assuming these are orphans. I did a search and found an article that said to run a
consistency check but that is not an option in our environment, another said to create
another folder with the same name but that is failing. We were able to open the
parent folder on some of them and rehome them and that brought some of them back to
life. That is not possible with the top level folders. I know I used active
directory browser to hard delete mailboxes...is there anyway to do the same on a
public folder? Any other suggestions as to how I might get rid of them.
