Yes, the RUS is running. It is setup to the default Always Run and is processing mailbox creation/deletion and SMTP proxy address changes. Just won't hide mailboxes.

We have just migrated to Windows 2003 AD and Exchange 2000 and after selecting "Hide from Exchange address lists" on a few users (& waiting days) they are still showing up in the GAL.
Tried rebuilding both Recipient Update Services (RUS) and these users are still showing up in the GAL. Tried rebooting the E2K server and still no luck. There is no KB article that I can find and no solutions at Google.
Any ideas?
