I know Outlook XP goes crazy like this when someone's password is about to expire. Ctrl-Alt-Del, Change Password, Log out/Log in.

These users computers are a member of the domain and when they enter there information once, Outlook opens normally. I have checked the profile and the logon network security is set to Password Authentication, it is not happening for all users and only happens when they start outlook. Server is Windows 2000 SP4 and Exchange 2000 Enterprise ED SP3 Clients are both Windows XP and Windows 2000 SP4 with Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002. Any thoughts on why this would have just started would be greatly appreciated!
