Hi, User #1 wants to be able to view User #2's Email. I've gone into Exchange 2000 and accessed User #2's account and granted User #1 read rights to User #2's mail box.
When User #1 open Outlook, then File==>Open==> Other User's Folder and I specify User #2, the message "Information store could not be opened" Why did this happen? What am I missing?
