Generally, that tab being missing means you don't have the correct
permissions to perform the function.

We had a mailbox on Exchange 5.5 which had a script running on the INBOX.
It was simple...check the properties and go to the Agent Tab and add the
script then ensure that you had the correct permissions on the
EventConfig_(ServerName) folder. 

Well we migrated this mailbox to Exchange 2000 and now I don't see the Agent
Tab (Server Scripting is checked in the ADD IN's) There is no
EventConfig_(ServerName) just a bunch of Store Events (GUID HERE) folders.
I checked the GUID against my databases and can't find one that matches.
How do I get this script working again?
