Let's give the person a little credit for some smarts. Portable media like USB drive is so much better for stuff like that (Like in The Recruit). Don't forget web mail accounts that permit file uploads. Do they have a CD-RW drive on the their PC? Beside all that, call your legal department, your out over thin ice.
