All,

Two of us recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. I'm fine, but the other user's
mailbox seems to run like a slug. I've personally watched message opens take
> 40 seconds. We've backed off to Outlook XP and he has the same problem.
I've tried to open his account from my machine and I have the same problem
w/his account, but no mine. Something tells me his Mbox is messed up.

I've created a new Mbox for him and initial testing shows that the new mbox
doesn't have the problem. So, here is my thought:

Move all his e-mail addresses to the new mbox
Set an alternate recipient for the old box to the new box (shouldn't need
it, but no harm)
EXMerge out the old mbox
EXMerge in the new mbox

Thoughts?
