The third-party tool you need is Microsoft Exchange Server. Leave the mail there. Back it up in one place.

My question deals with PST-files. When backing up PST-files you always have to back up every PST-file. This is because Outlook changes the file every time it's opened etc. So you cannot take just incremental from changed files. Usually you end up backing up all PST-files.. Ok.. so what you say! The problem is that if you have to pay for every Gig you take, you end up paying a lot of money! Is there any third party tool or way to get rid of this problem? Having the same problem? Or is it just me ;) Rgs, -Arttu- _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang =english To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang=english To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
