So is the server with Antigen filling up the IMCDATA\IN folder? If so I've found that it can be stopped by turning off message archival in the IMC's Diagnostics Logging tab, and also turning off the Antigen option, under Setup > General Options, to Fix bare CR and LF in MIME headers all followed by a bounce of the IMC service.
