Hi, You can use Ximian Evolution http://www.ximian.com/products/evolution/ with their Exchange Connector http://www.ximian.com/products/connector/ for Exchange 2000 or 20003. The client is free, but the Connector will cost you. I think it costs around $25US per client. I use Evolution on my linux desktop, and it has a very "Outlook-y" feel.
