Yes. Change your address and then, to help keep it from happening again, don't ever
enter your email address on a website. If you must give a valid email address for some
web site registration, use a throwaway address.
If you're an admin on the exchange server (or know one) it's easy to do by creating a
secondary email address in your AD account. Once you're done with the address, delete
it from the account and you'll never get any spam even if that address is harvested. I
have been doing this for a few months and I've not received a single spam on my new
address.

for more information) or you are just unlucky.
Spammers can "spoof" any email address for the reply.
If I were you, I would change my email address as soon
