What backup rituals do you guys use on your Exchange sites? I've looked through the FAQs and read most of the relevant Microsoft Qxxx articles on Exchange administration, but I haven't found "the" way to do good backups. My first blush is to backup the entire databases + logs once a week and then backup the incremental changes to the logs daily. All suggestions, snide remarks and pithy one-liners are welcome...
