Heya, I have a situation.
On Win2k Exchange 2k. With Outlook I open another person's email mailbox as requested by legal and management. I delete out the item however how do I permanently delete that deleted item without changing their pw and logging in as them. I do have OWA in place too. Thanks, Erik L.
