there are 3rd party tools on MS's Exchange site. I have used a couple on LN5 and seem to be okay. it depends on exactly what you want to migrate. Reoccurring calendar items are always a pain.

I think there are better tools out there for LN to Exchange migration. I
have not been in that scene for a while, can't remember right off the
top of my head.
