So I've taken it that you've tested other users to see if they can see him or any other users as well, correct?

The user has no other outlook issues, can schedule meetings and read mail fine. But when creating a meeting and adding recipients, every recipient that is added, there free/busy shows up as gray lines. I have tried "outlook /cleanfreebusy" and I have tried to recreate the users outlook profile on the desktop.
