We use it and like.  I'd be lying if it didn't sometimes drive me insane,
but most of my problems over the years with it have been fixed by support
and were mostly due to us being on it since version 5 and growing with the
product. It's much more mature now. Their support is pretty good. They
seriously PACK the thing with features.  I guess because they were a new
company and decided to follow through with seemingly each customer wish
lists.  The main reason we like it is the easy integration with client
certificates for iPhones and iPads.  In order to eliminate users having to
punch their domain password into their device we setup an internal CA and
have Airwatch request and install a client cert on the device, then have
ActiveSync setup to require client certs. Works like a charm.

I've definitely noticed some changes since VMware bought them, changes for
the better. I think they are only going to get better and better.
