I don't know if this falls into the category of technological solutions vs
behavioral problems or what.... But between poison ivy and poison ivy I can't
focus :(
I looked his voting button idea and not really going to work.. I click reply
on a message while reading it in the preview pane, I don't get voting buttons.
Only time I saw them was after opening the message. Our environment is
Exchange Online, clients are a mix of Outlook 07/10/13, a small number of
Macs, and every flavor of handheld and tablet imaginable....

Here is the question I was asked from "High Above"

Is there a way in Outlook that when I send an email, I can build in a link at
the bottom requesting that the recipient click on to acknowledge that they have
read the email and understand the body of the message, then once clicked on
will auto generate an email back to me stating that they did click on the
button/link etc. I need it to be far more than a basic 'read receipt' which
most people ignore anyway. and I need this built into the body of the email as
well. I found an article on "voting button"?? Ideas Thoughts?

Thanks for any pointers,

"Itchy"
