I generally start with the IIS logs. Then verify that I have verbose logging turned on for the send and receive connectors. Then move to the SmtpSend and SmtpReceive logs. And then the MsgTrack logs. From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of David McSpadden Sent: Thursday, July 23, 2015 9:53 AM To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: [Exchange] tracking log I am trying to track an email from a device. I receive the email internally but the vendor is not getting anything from the same email. Looking in the Tracking log on the Exchange 2010 server I never see the email to myself or to the vendor? Can I just open a log file and do a find? Which log file would I look at? The Hub Smtp relay has the IP of the sending device so everything should be working??
