We are looking to replace our current spam filtering appliance.
I have installed MailEssentials as an SMTP relay in our DMZ.

Has anyone else done this?
I am having issues accessing the software (I had to have an account in the
DMZ domain).

I can't believe we're the only company that's setting it up like this.
According to tech support, if we want to access the software in the DMZ,
then the users will need an account in the DMZ. It's "one of the
limitations of installing it in the DMZ".

Is anyone familiar enough with the software to offer some insight?
How do you have it installed, configured, etc?

Thanks!
Candee
