I'd be looking at the AD attributes on the user objects. Compare one that fails
with one that works. Something will likely stick out.

Subject: [Exchange] Exchange 2003

We are in the midst of an Exchange 2003 to hosted migration. We are still on
2003 AD. The first part was to take the users in a child domain with exchange
and move their mailbox to our parent exchange server. We moved the clients and
they were running on our parent mailbox for a couple of weeks. We removed the
child exchange server yesterday. 3 of the mailboxes will no longer open with an
Outlook client. The first thing I noticed is the mailbox was disconnected. I
reconnected it and they can login with the limited OWA browser client. They can
send and receive email. When they try to connect with an Outlook 2010 client it
states "The action cannot be completed. The name cannot be matched to a name in
the server list"

Anybody with a long shot idea of a fix? If I can't back up their mailbox by
connecting and dumping it to a PST, I don't know how I could import the info
into the new O365 once we are live.
