Yeah, there has been some grumbling that some pods stopped supporting ps.outlook.com and switched to accepting only the new endpoint (which I think is outlook.office365.com). But it's hard-coded in the Exchange 2010 console. So that change is being backed out. But that takes 2 weeks to happen, worldwide.
