Don't ask how I know this (AD permissions issues from Exchange 2013 migration), but users that have Activesync get a container called "ExchangeActiveSyncDevices" created underneath their AD user account that holds some information about the sync object. As MBS said, querying this is not going to be supported, but you may be able to acquire the information you're looking for.
