I have users who need access to public folders during the migration from 2010 
to 2013 but with the issue of users being on 2013 not being able to see public 
folders that are on 2010 through OWA it becomes a bit of an issue.

Apart from moving all the mailboxes quickly and then public folders over to 
2013 last has anyone got any other ideas. I know we can force them to use the 
full client but wanted to hear if there was any other ways around it.
