First, when posting to an email list, it's good etiquette to use plain text - but at the very least kill your huge .sigs. They're ridiculous.
Second, you'll need to define your requirements better. At least three questions need to be answered first: o- Why do you want/need email archiving, beyond what Exchange provides? o- How many mailboxes? o- What's your budget? There are probably other questions, but at least start with those. Frankly, I don't have experience with email archiving, beyond what Exchange 2010 provides, but there are a *multitude* of providers, ranging from Barracuda, to Jatheon, to Commvault and others.
