Rule on the AP mailbox. It's always a rule, if it isn't it's a rule. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Adrian D. Hello All, Have a customer with E2010. Set up a shared mailbox a month or so ago, it has an email address say [email protected]. Two people use it, permissions just for them. Previously, another user in another office had a public folder to receive invoices (same idea as other mailbox), it's always been [email protected]. There are no transport rules. All seemed to be working fine until they claimed that the new shared mailbox isn't getting some email, it's going in to the public folder!?! I checked the message header of one just now and its true, it was sent to [email protected] , no other address in the header I can see and its sitting in the public folder! They are on RTM unfortunately, I just can't see this being a bug fixed in a SP otherwise this would have been happening a long long time ago across the board!
