We just signed an agreement with ProofPoint out of Sunnyvale, CA. They provide an appliance which encrypts all mail before sending it to their cloud based storage. It also integrates a folder into Outlook allowing users to view their archive without having to contact IT. We can even grant their supervisor access to the archive so they can view mailbox contents without having to grant permissions to the live mailbox in Exchange. Pretty slick if you ask me.
