I labbed up an instance of 2016 to take a look and while everything went as expected I noticed the diagnostic service throws an uncountable # of exceptions and crashes often.
I find it hard to imagine all of those are accidental, such as accessing a file that does not exist without checking and/or wrapping this up in some kind of error handling. Its rather shocking that it crashes so often? Anyone else notice this? jlc
