Subject: En cryp ting

My users have some complaints about the Cisco envelopes that come with Ironport
e ncry pting.
One of them suggested we stop using it and just en cry pt in Exchange.
I briefly looked at this this morning.
Does this really e ncry pt the emails?
Do I have to share certificates with every person that I ever want to send en
cryp ted emails to?
Is this a best practice?
