We are a health system using Exchange 2013 that is made up of a number of
individual hospitals and medical centers. Each of these locations sends
newsletters and communications to distribution groups that are currently
managed either by the owners of the groups or IT. A few of these owners have
asked if there is a way for individuals to easily opt-in or opt-out of
receiving these messages. It would be ideal to add a link at the bottom of the
message that would help the recipient.

So far, the simplest URL I have managed is:
https://email.hfhs.org/ecp/MyGroups/PersonalGroups.aspx

This takes the user directly to the web page where they can manage their own
group membership. Unfortunately there are still a number of steps that need to
be communicated before a person can join a group.

Is there anything simpler?
Is there a URL we can publish that will submit the search and return the
results?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Carl
