I am sure this has been asked before. My users want me to set up the Global Address List so that the internal Dynamic Distribution Lists that I set up starting with L- or D- or M- line up one right after another. They don't do this as the word AFTER the DASH is how it is alphabetized, from what I can see..
So M-MCK comes after Midwest or before MIS and they want all the M- ones to be in a line. I suggested using Address Lists and that may be the best solution. Any other ideas or characters other than a DASH to use? I found an oldie but goodie while I was researching, by Jim McBee.. http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com/2008/09/global-address-list-and-special.html Cheers! Alice
