Here’s a post from feb around it

http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2016/02/10/on-net-framework-4-6-1-and-exchange-compatibility.aspx

looks like 4.52 is ok, but not 4.6.1, I guess I’ll just block 4.6.1 on my WUS
server.

I’m not aware of a 6.x series.

Subject: [Exchange] .net 4x issue and exchange

Two months ago MS release an update to DOTnet 4x that caused issues with
Exchange and lync.

Its been a busy two months but I haven’t seen any update on this. Has an
updated dotNET 4x been release that is supported by exchange 2010/13 and lync?

Thanks,jb
