Do NOT use 12, it will blow up links in OWA.

You have to apply sp3 first and then apply your UR of choice. I’d recommend the
one released a couple weeks ago.

Subject: [Exchange] Exchange 2010 upgrade path

We currently run two dual site DAGs, each with 5 mailbox databases. All server
roles are on 2008R2 Std SP1 (except DAG servers which are OS Ent) with
Exchange 2010 Std SP2 RU3, and everything is virtualized with VMware. I'll
spare you the sob story, but I have finally been cleared to advance Exchange
patching. What upgrade path would you recommend I take from 'E2010 SP2 RU3' to
get to 'E2010 SP3 RU11', can I make that leap in one update safely? Are RU12
or RU13 for SP3 more stable?

Thank you in advance for your comments, and your time.
