You're an evil man, Don (hehe). But I'm sure you're not alone in that
aspect. There are at least a few of us that have been thinking along the
same lines. Now wouldn't it really be something if Diane DID agree to let
you show her management the Pandora's box they open when they ask her to do
these types of things.

Already had that thought in my mind. A simple mailbomb should take care
of that.

Hey Diane,

Is your GAL downloadable on the internet like DickyDo's was? ;o)

So you just send them enough data to get them over the 2gb limit. Then
watch them turn red when they can't get into e-mail and come begging for
help.

You guys are toooo funny LOL They do use PST's! remember "mailbox=bad"
None of their mail resides on the server. I fought and fought this one
but the CFO wouldn't listen.
Everyone uses PST's.

<useing "Southern Bell" accent here)Thanks very kindly gentlemen, I
think I will jest have to decline yo kind offer. My boss would be very
displeased and I might have to say some things a lady just does not say
in mixed company to my boss! <accent off>

Any idea on where to look for the permissions?

Go for it....That is the perfect solution. He wont wreck anything, just
pull some data. Get on it like a DOAW

We can force the clue on them. ;o) It's as simple as Martin's
suggestion. Especially, if I download all of their mail to a PST file
and Fed Ex it to them on CD. ;o)

Thanks Don, I thought of that, but then I would have to clean up the
mess
:-) It's very tempting though...

I do tell Management ALL the time about the security issues, maybe
someday they will get a clue.
