As long as you already have your Deleted Item Retention set on the server,
it doesn't matter when you make the DumpsterAlwaysOn reg hack. It doesn't
even have to be on the client, you can have it on your admin machine and use
it to recover mail that a user has accidentally deleted (as long as you have
permission to view their mailbox).
