I almost purchased a new Compaq server a few months ago. Went to cdw, pcconnections, and necx. Then I went to the Compaq site and could have actually paid $30 less and it came to me complete. No need to put in cdrom/ extra memory etc.  I  ended up getting a Dell for $1100 less for same config.

Well, we're setup on an Extranet, so I'd have to give you our log in credentials. I'm sure you're a very trustworthy individual, but I don't want that William character[1] ordering a bunch of stuff to our office ;o)

CDW?  as in they put the exchange server in for you or what?  how hard is it to buy a box with nothing on it and install exchange server.   me no understanding....  hehe

Sorry for the OT post, but I'd like hear the general consensus about CDW. Are they fairly priced? Adequate customer service? Prompt shipments? etc. etc.....
 
What's everyone's experiences with them? I've never purchased from CDW before but a recent quote on a new exchange server is the best I've seen yet.
