In Active Directory Users and Computes MMC snap-in, click View...Advanced
Features, then double click the users in question, click exchange advanced
tab, and you'll find the "Hide from Exchange address lists" check box there.
You have to have the Exchage System Manager installed to enable the exchange
advanced tab.
