I thought about that but Workstation Restrictions require NetBIOS and since we are an all Win2k shop I have NetBIOS disabled on all machines. As for the mailbox being created on first receipt of a message im not sure if that work or not. I know that by default mail is rejected if the AD account is disabled and Exchange 2k doesn't actually create the users mailbox until they actually log on to exchange (Which I believe is a shame).
