Have you tried the Outlook switch /CleanFreeBusy ? Check TechNet for

Our users are getting hammered with this message every time Outlook
tries to automatically post calendar data. I've checked the KB and,
yes, folder permissions are properly set. Odd thing is that we can see
other user's data in our appointments so it looks like it is posting (at
least some of the time). Any one got any ideas? The last time we met
with a Microsoft guy, we asked him about it and the only thing he could
offer was to set the update interval to as high as it could be so users
aren't annoyed by the message.
