Some of my users (including me) are getting this message on some of our messages. I reviewed TechNet and saw quite a few articles about this issue but only on Exchange 4.0 and Exchange 5.0. My server is a NT 4.0 SP6a with Exchange Server 5.5 SP4. If I open up one of the messages it's only a text file of spamm. I know it say it is an unsupported character set, but how to I fix this? If the text doesn't display correctly, save the attachment to disk, and then open it using a viewer that can display the original character set.
