A user is having a problem deleting a message from his drafts folder. When
you try to do anything to the message Outlook (2000 SP2) displays a message
"Can't open this item, unknown error). If I exmerge the mailbox to a pst I
can then delete the message. I'm assuming there's a problem with the drafts
folder for this persons mailbox. All other folders work fine. Is there a
utility I can run to conform this and hopefully fix the problem. Exchange
5.5 SP4 + Post SP4 hotfixes.
